1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged books: If a book arrives with physical damage (torn pages, broken spine, water
damage), you are eligible for a full replacement or refund.
- Incorrect order: If you receive a different book than what you ordered, we will arrange
an exchange at no additional cost.
- Printing defects: Books with significant printing issues (missing pages, blank pages,
severely misaligned text) qualify for replacement.
2. Return Timeline
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us

with photos of the damaged or incorrect items for a quick resolution.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Books that have been written in, highlighted, or altered in any way.
- Copy sets, exam sheets, and stationery items that have been opened or used.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
- Returns due to change of mind or ordering the wrong grade (verify your requirements before ordering).
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash to your specified account.
5. Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we'll send the replacement book as soon as the returned
item is verified. Exchanges for different titles or grades are subject to availability and any price
differences.
